Hi everyone, my name is Fran Gilbane and my co-author is Richard Gilbane and welcome to our employee course, difficult conversations and friendlier workplaces. I am an experienced trainer and tutor and Richard is a HR manager. Our combined careers have provided us with detailed professional knowledge and experience in this subject.

As an employee, you may need to have a difficult conversation with either your manager or your colleagues. It is important that you know how to manage those conversations effectively and professionally.

In this course we are going to teach you how to create a friendlier workplace and so enable you to have those conversations with your colleagues and manager about those sensitive topics which, when miss-managed, can have negative implications for both the business and your career.
