Hi everyone, my name is Casey Ayers and welcome to my course, Developing Project Schedules and Budgets.

I’m the author of Pluralsight’s series of PMP and business analysis courses and now, it’s my pleasure to help you learn more about project management and prepare for the CompTIA Project+ PK0-004 exam, with this third course in our CompTIA Project+ series.

Earning a CompTIA Project+ certification is a great way to express your interest in project management as a profession, hone your skills, and learn about some of the tools and techniques leaders in the field utilize to find success. Best of all, the only requirement to take the exam and earn the CompTIA Project + certification is a passion to learn more about project management.
