Hi everyone… my name is Paul Cunningham… and welcome to my course… Designing and Deploying Exchange 2016 Client Access. I'm a Microsoft MVP for Office Servers and Services, which includes products and services such as Exchange Server and Office 365. I've worked as an Exchange Server specialist for many years, since the days of Exchange 2003… deploying and managing the Exchange environments for customers of all kinds… ranging from small businesses, to big government departments, to large multi-national corporations. This course is designed to help you prepare for your Exchange Server 2016 certificate exam, and focuses on the exam objectives for the ""Plan, deploy, manage and troubleshoot client access"" portion of the exam. You'll learn how to design and deploy client access namespaces, manage SSL certificates, configure high availability and load balancing, manage mobile devices, and perform troubleshooting. By the end of this course you'll be on your way to being ready to sit your Exchange 2016 certification exam. Before beginning the course you should be familiar with operating Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Server, and be comfortable with using PowerShell. I hope you'll join me on this journey to Exchange 2016 certification.
